What each one costs

SignHR

Core HR
Published per employee, per month
No headcount minimum, no setup fee, no lock-in. Modules are added on top.
Agentic HR
Flat monthly add-on
Priced per company rather than per seat, so it does not scale with hiring.

Zimyo

Basic
₹80/user/month
50-user minimum. The base plan — performance, learning, engagement, trips and timesheets are each priced on top.
Standard
₹160/user/month
50-user minimum. The higher base tier.
Add-ons
₹40/user/month each
Performance, learning, engagement, trips and timesheets are separate modules charged per user per month on top of the base.
Recruitment
₹4,000/recruiter/month
A separate recruitment product, charged per recruiter rather than per user.
Enterprise
Quoted
Not published — 2,000-user minimum and priced on request.

Read the fine print: ₹80/user is the base only. Performance, learning, engagement, trips and timesheets are ₹40 per user per month each, there is a 50-user floor before any plan applies, and recruitment is ₹4,000 per recruiter on top — so the bill is the base plus every module you actually switch on.

What moves if you switch

Employee records
SignHR has no bulk employee import today — people are added one at a time, so budget for that rather than assuming a CSV load. Export your directory from Zimyo first so you have the data to work from, and talk to us before you plan the cutover.
Leave balances
Export current balances and post them as opening adjustments against each employee's ledger. Accrual history itself does not transfer.
Attendance history
This one does transfer. SignHR has an attendance import with a downloadable template, so historic punches can be loaded for reporting continuity — most teams bring in the current financial year and archive the rest.
Payroll history
Does not transfer. Keep your Zimyo payslip archive — SignHR computes payroll inputs going forward rather than restating past runs.

Who should pick which

Pick SignHR if

Teams under fifty people, where Zimyo's 50-user floor means paying for seats you do not have, or teams that want performance, tasks and checklists included rather than priced as ₹40 per-user add-ons.

Pick Zimyo if

Larger teams that will clear the 50-user minimum anyway and want to pay only for the modules they use. Zimyo's itemised add-on pricing means you switch modules on individually, its published base rate is genuinely low at scale, and its recruitment product at ₹4,000 per recruiter is a serious option for high-volume hiring.

Questions

Zimyo's headline is ₹80 per user per month, but that is the base only — performance, learning, engagement, trips and timesheets are ₹40 per user per month each, recruitment is ₹4,000 per recruiter, and there is a 50-user minimum. Compare the full stack you would actually switch on, not the headline, against SignHR's published per-employee rate.

Zimyo's per-user plans apply from 50 users, so a 25-person team pays for 50 seats. SignHR has no headcount floor, so a team of twenty pays for twenty.

Partly, and the honest answer matters here. Leave balances and attendance history do transfer — balances as opening ledger adjustments, punches through SignHR's attendance import and its template. Employee records do not: SignHR has no bulk employee import today, so people are added one at a time. Documents are a bulk download from Zimyo and a re-upload per employee, and payroll history stays where it is. Talk to us before you plan the cutover.

Zimyo's published base price is genuinely low and its add-ons are itemised, so a large team can buy only the modules it uses. That granularity, plus a dedicated recruitment product, is a real strength for companies hiring at volume.

Our take

Should you switch to SignHR?

Zimyo's base price is genuinely low, but performance, learning, engagement, trips and timesheets are each charged on top, and the base plan needs fifty users. Add the modules you would actually switch on and compare that total, not the headline.
