Gross salary earned
Salary for days worked in the final month, prorated at your daily rate.
Notice pay deduction
If you leave without serving the full notice period, the unserved days are deducted.
Leave encashment
Unused earned/privileged leave is paid out at your daily basic rate.
Gratuity
Eligible after 5 years of continuous service. Calculated as 15/26 × basic × years.
