Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how to cancel a SignHR subscription, what happens to your access when you do, and the circumstances in which we issue a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the Settings page in your SignHR workspace. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period, and you do not need to contact us first.
2. What happens after you cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your workspace stays fully available until then, and we do not bill you again. We do not refund the unused part of a billing period.
Free trials are not charged. No payment is collected during a trial, so cancelling a trial cannot give rise to a refund.
3. When we do issue a refund
We refund a payment in these cases:
- Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same billing period. We refund the surplus charge in full.
- Payment without service — a payment was captured but the corresponding subscription was never activated on your workspace. We refund it in full.
- Incorrect charge — the amount billed does not match the plan, employee count, or billing term you subscribed to. We refund the difference.
Where a refund is required by applicable law, we honour it regardless of anything above.
4. How long a refund takes
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. How quickly it then appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@signhr.io from the address associated with your workspace, including your workspace name, the payment reference or transaction ID, and the amount. We respond to refund requests within two business days.
