What each one costs

SignHR

Core HR
Published per employee, per month
No headcount minimum, no setup fee, no lock-in. Modules are added on top.
Agentic HR
Flat monthly add-on
Priced per company rather than per seat, so it does not scale with hiring.

HROne

Basic
₹4,950/month
Covers 50 users; additional users ₹99 each.
Professional
₹6,500/month
Covers 50 users; additional users ₹130 each.
Enterprise
Quoted
No published figure — you request a quote.

Read the fine print: HROne's pricing table and its own FAQ quote different per-user figures — confirm which applies before you sign.

What moves if you switch

Employee records
SignHR has no bulk employee import today — people are added one at a time, so budget for that rather than assuming a CSV load. Export your directory from HROne first so you have the data to work from, and talk to us before you plan the cutover.
Leave balances
Export current balances and post them as opening adjustments against each employee's ledger. Accrual history itself does not transfer.
Attendance history
This one does transfer. SignHR has an attendance import with a downloadable template, so historic punches can be loaded for reporting continuity — most teams bring in the current financial year and archive the rest.
Documents
Bulk-download from HROne and re-upload per employee. There is no direct connector between the two products.
Payroll history
Does not transfer. Keep your HROne payslip archive — SignHR computes payroll inputs going forward rather than restating past runs.

Who should pick which

Pick SignHR if

Teams below HROne's fifty-user blocks who would rather pay for the headcount they actually have, and whose attendance, shifts and leave need to feed payroll inputs without month-end reconciliation.

Pick HROne if

Companies at or around fifty users who want a full payroll engine with established statutory handling, a broader module catalogue across recruitment and performance, and the backing of a long-running Indian provider. If you are paying for the block anyway, HROne's block price is competitive.

Questions

At fewer than fifty employees, generally yes — HROne sells blocks of fifty users, so a team of twelve pays for twelve seats on SignHR but a full block on HROne. The published per-user figures also disagree between HROne's pricing table and its own FAQ, so confirm which rate applies before you compare.

Partly, and the honest answer matters here. Leave balances and attendance history do transfer — balances as opening ledger adjustments, punches through SignHR's attendance import and its template. Employee records do not: SignHR has no bulk employee import today, so people are added one at a time. Documents are a bulk download from HROne and a re-upload per employee, and payroll history stays where it is. Talk to us before you plan the cutover.

HROne runs a full payroll engine and has a longer track record in Indian SMBs, plus a broader module catalogue across recruitment and performance. If you want the system to file and disburse, that is a real reason to stay.

Our take

Should you switch to SignHR?

HROne's fifty-user blocks suit a team already at or above fifty. Below that you are buying seats you do not use, and per-employee pricing costs less for the same coverage.

Our QC checks are logged every single shift. My last audit was a five-minute export instead of a week digging through registers.
