Core HR is billed per active employee per month. New hires count from their join date; departures stop counting on their last working day.
Some modules are billed per employee per month and others are a flat monthly fee regardless of headcount — the estimator shows each module's rate. Modules sit on top of Core HR and can be turned on or off anytime.
Longer commitments lower your effective per-employee rate across Core HR and every module. Switch the term in the estimator to see the exact saving.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew each term; taxes are charged as applicable based on your region.
