Flexible arrangements available with manager approval. 2. ATTENDANCE RECORDING Record attendance using [system/tool]. Missed punches regularised within [Timeframe]. Consistent failure to record may result in corrective action. 3. LATENESS Arriving more than [Minutes] late without notice = late. [Number] late arrivals in [Month] triggers manager discussion. Excessive lateness may lead to disciplinary action. 4. EARLY DEPARTURE Leaving more than [Minutes] early without prior approval counted similarly to lateness. 5. HALF-DAY [Number] hours = half-day. Arriving after [Time] or leaving before [Time] without approval = half-day deduction. 6. OVERTIME 6.1 Definition: Hours beyond standard working hours, pre-approved by manager. 6.2 Eligibility: Non-exempt eligible for OT pay. Exempt may get Time Off In Lieu (TOIL). 6.3 Approval: All OT must be pre-approved. Unauthorised OT not compensated. 6.4 Compensation: OT at [1.5x/2x] rate. Alternatively, TOIL at [1.5x] rate, must be taken within [Number] months. 6.5 Weekend/Holiday: Weekend at [2x]. Holiday at [2.5x/3x]. 7.
