Assist the HR team with daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and administrative support. Gain hands-on experience in human resources processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus but not required.
