We are seeking a motivated Junior Shopify Developer to join our team and assist in building and maintaining e-commerce websites using the Shopify platform. This role is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge of Shopify development who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and customizing Shopify themes and templates
  • Implement new features and functionality using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Collaborate with senior developers to troubleshoot and debug issues
  • Optimize site performance and ensure responsive design
  • Integrate third-party apps and APIs as needed
  • Maintain and update existing Shopify stores

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with Shopify development
  • Basic understanding of Liquid templating language
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with version control (Git)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
